Refund Policy - The Basics

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition as received.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date, as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

  • The product must still meet the strict shipping and storage conditions as specified in the order guidelines and should not show signs of improper handling.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items or circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used IQ-XOM Complexes.

  • Perishable or compromised products due to improper storage by the customer.

  • Products delivered in compliance with the order form but no longer needed by the purchaser.

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items.

Return and Refund Process
To request a refund for IQ-XOM Complexes, please follow these steps:
